True circular sportswear

FROM CLUB SHIRT TO CLUB SHIRT - These are not rolls of fabric, these are huge milestones!

What you see in the photo: two rolls of mesh and interlock made of 100% recycled polyester, from old club shirts (also in the photo)!

-Shirts were collected last year at Dutch sports clubs through ClubHub and CIRCULR. 

-Recycled by Textile4Ever and CuRe Technology - Polyester Rejuvenation into raw materials and yarns.

-In the Netherlands Optima Textiles B.V. knitted into this special interlock and mesh. 

Next steps?

-These fabrics go on to Circotex BV to be coloured: without water, without added chemicals, with lower energy consumption and CO2 emissions than traditional dyeing processes.

-Then The Indian Maharadja will make something beautiful out of it... To be continued!

This is still a small batch, but the project shows what can be done when we work together. Sports clubs, recyclers, collectors, producers and sports brands.
